1) la creazione del "Centro per lo sviluppo sostenibile- Casa delle associazioni" un luogo che non sia solo un edificio, ma un'agenzia di progettazione e lavoro in rete a livello sia locale che internazionale, tra associazioni, ONG di cooperazione internazionale, centri di studio e ricerca e tutti gli altri attori impegnanti nello sviluppo sostenibile, fondato sulla sussidiarietà e sulla partecipazione, sulla base di quanto già sperimentato in occasione dell'Expo di Saragoza, che abbia come obiettivo lo sviluppo sostenibile a tutti i livelli, a partire dal locale fino al globale.
2) il riconoscimento istituzionale di questo Centro da parte delle Institutions involved. The Centre is in fact the result of a process that began long ago and will continue until 2015 and beyond, in an autonomous and strong relationship with the territories, local communities and institutions.
